We had napfa today, and it wasnt disastrous at all, suprisingly. I got A for everything except for my SBJ. And I have a feeling im going to fail 2.4km. satya doesn’t even believe me when I tell her I failed 2.4 for 2 years alr O_o

SBJ: 170 (I suspect this is a fluke, I used to average 162 for like 4 years alr, however still not A)
Shuttle run: 11.11 (I dropped! Was 10.37 last year, I think)
Sit ups: 37 (okay lah but I was super relaxed for this)
Sit and reach: 49 (wahh this is v v upsetting okay. 1 more cm to 50 leh!)
Inclined: 20 (okay I super relaxed this also, I think I also dropped from last year)

So, yeah. I was very relaxed for most of the stuff ):

I just passed my emath test, which is v v disappointing because I HAVE GOT CARELESS mistakes )): argghh I am going to mug even harder now!

Anw. Hist ct today was bearable lah, I think. At first when I saw the qn I was like BLANK. Nothing, absolutely nothing, came to my head. The qn went like this ‘why did stalin rise to power in 1929?’

and, me being me, I studied most of the stuff but LEFT OUT THE DATES. So, I was frantically thinking, when did 5 year plan happen? Industralization? Collectivisation? Purges? Finally I decided to write from lenins death onwards, then SUDDENLY everything just flowed out. Until the last part, I got stuck again. well, reasonable essay lah.

Wth. My father has just wasted paper printing the entire math booklet for my bro. 24 pages and 24 pieces of paper. We are really killing the trees here, and im very angry with this fact. Cant he print BOTH sides? And so what if paper is cheap? So what if im the only one who bothers? Im just seeing red at this kind of MONEY-BUYS-ALL and HECK-CARE attitude.

And now hes scolding me because of me-just-passing-my-tests and how I treat my work etcetc. Im really very disappointed at this attitude taken up by parents, that whenever a child does badly it means he or she has no interest in learning.

Do they think I enjoy just-passing my tests?

Haix. Sometimes..i really dont know what to say

shirls birthday today! xinmin got her an adidas waterbottle while I gave her a naruto keychain (: HAPPY 15 SHIRLEEN! Haha.

Bio was so scary, cos we were all laughing and enjoying the lesson when suddenly, out of the blue the choo guy turned the entire thing into a scolding session involving the 4 people sitting at the back. The 4 were super pissed with him afterwards hoho.

Hcl was abit of a drone, I nearly fell asleep ): anw, I decided not to go for the cultural camp organised by lianhe zaobao, although its kind of helpful for the chi blog thing.

Hist was SO FUNNY. First,we went wrong lab. Then, while we were there, giraffe started being very strict with us. Out of boredom, I imitated him pushing up his glasses and we all started laughing (: then divya started this drawing thing on the computer, and she was like drawing out giraffe THEN AND THERE, with the caption ‘see a giraffe?’ so I started laughing, and giraffe asked me to answer some question on industralization O_o

I have got a lot of homework again today )): so, toodles!

Arghh I got caught by giraffe during hist today. Actually, not really caught lah, cos he just called me up to answer some question on collectivisation, apparently seeing me looking absolutely transfixed at the computer screen (haha yeah I was randomly looking at stuffs on the net).

We got back hcl test today, and thanks to my compre, I PASSED (: I failed hanzi VERY VERY badly alright, but aint I smart to have 17 over 20 for compre? Haha.

eng today was crappy, we were given time to discuss for NE presentation and we had a great time laughing ((: during hcl we looked at this piece of poetry/prose, and then, VOILA, we had to compose a piece of poetry/prose with the relevant requirements for hw. And at least 8 lines, KILLER okay ): ahh, I think they should synchronise the assignments bit.

Theres ss wksht, hcl, NE project, bio prac, tuition hw, hist revision ): we got our MYE timetable today ): and I made SO MANY careless mistakes for amath mrt today! dunno my brain not functioning properly or what, but I couldnt solve qn 3 ):

Napfa this thurs and my standards have been dropping ): on the bright side, 2 juniors greeted me today (: haha. ughh this wed we have to stay back to watch the pauline oh interview, and now, ive got to try and login into that chi blog although I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM DOING

[edit] im done with ALL my hw, anddd its only 10 plus (: achievement achievement! Im going to sleep early today hahaha (: I did a pretty good job on my hcl poetry/prose thing I think, I spent most of my time doing it. ahh its about a wedding veil and how it protrays a womans dream, her hopes and her fears blahblahblah.

And I regret to say that I failed very badly to reach my target for revision this holiday weekend. Its like 9.56pm now and ive only finished amath and some hist revision. Its partly because I totally forgot abt the amath mrt tom and because I was doing emath and chem. Or should I say, I revised stuff that were out of my target ):

I think I really need to read bio, ughhh. And ive got tuition hw and bio prac to finish up by tues. im trying to finish hist by tonight so, hopefully I wont have to do so much on wed night.

today was super SUPER disastrous :/ was woken up by xinfengs call in the morning O_o then headed to yio chu kang stadium where supporting cont was made to sit arnd and subsequently change to full uni.
We saw our district commander inside but thought she was just another cadet O_o The toilet was fully squeezed up and we all ended up falling in like last min and INTO WRONG SQUAD okay. I think we fell into east district squad when we were supposed to be in south d squad.

But anw, we went to south d and they started parade dry run. It was way boiling out there and we were supposed to stay in senang diri position for SO LONG okay. They kept playing that red cross power song until I could repeat it backwards, sideways and diagonally alr. Abt 40 to 50 people fainted/felt dizzy and had to be treated :/

Then finally, FINALLY, we could scamper off for lunch. Sam, xinfeng and I were hopelessly picking at our chicken wings, wondering HOW ON EARTH can you eat chicken wings with plastic spoons (that might break off any time) and how can we eat with out hands without looking, well, undignified.

We headed off to get soft drinks from the vending machine, wondering still how to buy with our notes, when we met sandy ma’am. She told us to get from the restaurant (cheaper), and therefore indirectly saved us from the shortage of coins crisis. Haha.

While we were eating, the talentime winners of link and cadet category were having their dry run, so we got to watch them dance. The links were pretty impressive, given the fact that they were only in pri school.

Anw, we had to wait a long, LONG time before we could fall in, having to wait for the GOH (guard of honour) cont to have their dry run and the march pass and the inspection :/

When we finally fell in, it STARTED TO DRIZZLE. Okay it wasnt so bad actually, the drizzle was kinda mild and we thought, yea well, parade gets to continue. However, they kept doing songs, cheers and whatnot until RAINDROPS PELTED DOWN on us. And you know whats the best thing? We havent even MOVED a single step. Still at the position where we fell in.

So we were told to fall out. However, the rain chose that moment to stop and we were given the go ahead to fall back in. we did and parade started. Supporting cont were formed up, and then it started RAINING again when GOH was formed. Then it continued, getting heavier and heavier. We were standing, at senang diri, under the rain.

While we continued getting wetter and wetter, the people at the stadium were singing and singing red cross power to their hearts content. I was hoping parade wld continue cos THATS WHAT WE WENT THERE FOR RIGHT. And I think marching is kinda fun. But no, we were told to fall out and sit at the stands. By then it was raining so heavily and almost everywhere was wet. There was also this strong smell of starch emitting from everyone of us :/

We went to get our stuff, and found, to our horror, that EVERYTHING was SOAKED. Yes, everything including our bags, uni cover, 1.5L bottle, etc. rainwater was spewing everywhere and world rc day was totally ruined by the rain. No one could hear anything over the rain and they had to call of the performances and end early.

And when it all ended, we went to the toilet to change (into dry clothes/mufti) and found out that the toilet was full. Ahaha then I came up with this idea of changing in the restaurant toilet (: so smart right, no other person thought of that cos the toilet was free of people (:

Hist was quite funny actually. Giraffe gave us the entire first period to do research on the tsar, and then he decided to discuss when the bell rang. Cos of prefects comm, dismiss at 1.35 what, but giraffe thought we bluffing him. So funny (:

Lit was interesting, we had some very nostalgic talk about old buildings and the way it could relate to change as a form of life, unavoidable and inevitable. Haha lit always makes my day (:

Heard some good stuff about alfian sa’at, shall go look up some of his poems later (:

Today was yuan dan so headed off to the temple over at rocher with family. Wahh the people there power sia, so many turned up to offer prayers etc at the temple. The crowd was even more than those at vivo, and it looked like those you see on tv on pilgrimage and stuffs.

MYE is coming and my revision is about to hit the red light. Have not started! But I hope I can get ss revision done by mon, and hopefully clear some bio and finish hist. Oh im ambitious I know :D

Tom is world rc day celebrations. Ahh I better get my drills right, if not malu myself again. Shall update abt it. Hope it goes well (:

ahh. So we are separating because of irreconcilable differences. Hohoho. Divorce proceedings are going on. Wahh, feel so shuang after saying this. Finally have been able to express the stuff thats going on between sarah and me.

Anw, let go and let live, lah. As a way of cheering myself up, I went to j8 after school today. initially I wanted to get some magazines. But I saw, gasp, shopaholic and baby there, so I bought it. and as a result, im now broke. Haha not really lah. Still got some money left, but v v little okay ):

And I need to get rebel a bdae gift!
Hmm. Now I suddenly have many things going on. Today is like the interview thing with pauline oh. Which reminds me. I still need to source for her info. But nvm. The interview and media grps are going and I was thinking of going too, cos script and play grp what. But, the pull of my books are still hard to resist :D (this is my first smiley for eons okay)

And then euphoria asked for my help for gagebrown intl friendship day skit. O_o like when has my hse ever asked me for anything. suddenly she just pops out of nowhere and expects me to help her. I actually bothered to volunteer for sports day and what happened? They completely ignored me. So why shld I even bother this time round

Im glad for easter hols, even though tom still need to stay back for hcl. And the mere thought of tom makes me ill, seriously. Theres bio prac (dirty), 2.4km for pe (this one confirm killer), hcl and eng encounter early in the morning ):

lifes still pretty much the same.

Except that my bro got a really hilarious haircut. His haiir got too shaggy and the chs prefects were like booking him and stuffs. Yea..and his hair looks like those POW kind now. All shaved and bald?

School today wasn’t any better. Sign. I don’t want to talk abt it. everytime I do my spirits plummet and I end up feeling sorry and sick and a million other things. The weather suited me though. All stormy and rainy with a hint of melancholy and reflection. In a sense, quiet rain?

Anw, yejing and a bunch of the crescent rc ppl came to sch today. they were interacting I think. Had to rush off home for tuition so I dint join them.

Hcl test today was okay. But so many hanzi I dunno! Ughh. I hope I pass. Have confidence in my compre. And I heard winnies dropping hcl. Haix.

Chem and bio test papers today. chem was so irritating, I need like one more mark to pass and bio..i so got like lowest in class lor! And its like mcq..

april fools day today. however, I don’t see the mood, I don’t feel the mood. In another few hours or so I have to drag myself to school and face everything.

Went onto the net trying to find some stuff about ss (medisave etc), gave up and decided to make up some shit of my own, hopefully ms choo wont notice. Started on history revision, halfway through russia for the test tom. Actually. Im not even sure whether got test tom, but okay if don’t have then I treat this as revision for MYE.
Felt like it so randomly went through some websites to find out more about law school and journalism school, and it turns out that they expect ridiculously high grades from us, and whatever law firm you work in depends on the class of honours you get in law school or smth to that effect. Which is all kind of depressing because well, I suck in bio and chem and emath and hcl and hist and almost everything except lit, ss and amath (as accord to my progress report).

Aiyah wtv lah why am I even looking at application stuff when im not even graduating from sec school yet?

Things still not looking up. Shall go do some chem or smth. Hoepfully balancing equations means I get to balance life out. Oh forget it. byebye.
